So you know that this program was initiated by Condoleezza Rice, a Republican by the way, and you know that the directive came from the Directorate of Operations AKA the National Clandestine Service, a branch of the CIA formed after 9/11. And you know that Clinton had nothing to do with it, her name as Secretary of State is routinely attached to all cables of this type issuing from Washington because the CIA can't instruct State Department Personal... they stuck her name on it in an attempt to force State Department Personal to comply, which they didn't. But you knew all that, you're to smart to be taken in by these smear tactics.

Well if our countries manage to succesfully reduce pollution those countries can benefit from it. It's not like China is not busy with enviromentally friendly energy at all. We are all in it together where it comes to climate change, our countries went through this dirty industrial phase and countries like China and India do not feel they should skip that because they're a bit later. I find that not completely crazy. What I do find completely asinine is that with the current knowledge about pollution and climate change to say fuck it all because China (and India) But ok, lets continue this elsewhere if we do
