Being in public while stoned question.

    Well.. Depending on the nature of the campground.. if you were not camped within your designated campsite area.. you could have been "illegally" camped.. some campgrounds do not allow "dispersed camping". Last I knew.. It was not illegal to be high.. It's illegal to posses.. unless your state has DUID laws.. You can only be charged for crimes of possession

    Ahh i usually get paranoid in public whilst high, especially when I see a cop haha

    if a cop thinks your high, then you are a person of suspicion.

    they'll fuck with you, and will try to search you for paraphalia, or ask to search your car or whatever.

    i dont think you can be arrested for just being stoned if there's nothing to take you to jail over.

    but if your driving, you'll get a dwi and then,, good luck dude

    I agree, even though its not that serious...I wouldn't even take that chance! I would most probably have to say yes..you could get in trouble, but thats just because America is the land of no freedom haha!
