What does it taste like?
How does one make a beer milkshake?

Perhaps a Guiness mixed up with some coffee ice cream?

Okay, well now it's on to the hallucinogenic whisky

 

I'm pretty sure it's the same way you'd make a milkshake (any flavor)
just get some ice cream, any kind you want, get a blender, and put the ice cream into the blender and pour the beer, maybe add a little bit of milk too.
then, there you go! a beer milkshake LOL
