    wait...i just thought about this again and i don't think thc is soluble in alcohol at all. water and alcohol are both polar molecules. thc is predominately nonpolar and therefore soluble in nonpolar fats/hydrocarbons (which is somewhat common stoner knowledge). anyways thc doesn't dissolve in water so it shouldn't dissolve in alcohol either.
