Been hot here so I've been able to take off my socks and shoes more. My feet feel so much better without them on now definitely going to keep them off more now
That is indeed good news Diane - its niice to see you back here! Will it be a barefoot weekend for you?
When I was first starting I found it was easier if I didn't put shoes on in the first place as the only time I felt 'barefoot' was after wearing shoes for a wile then taking them off. I started keeping flip flops in the car just in case and breaking that habit of putting on shoes in the morning. It was after clicking on some article I guess in the 2000s about barefoot running I just decided hey lets see will me feet get tougher if I kind of train for it. In the beginning once around the block, walking, my feet were sore. In a few weeks like 10 blocks to the beach no problem. After a short will I could go all day even worked a construction site barefoot without a problem, What I didn't know was that my experiment to see if I could learn to go barefoot would lead me to hate wearing shoes. I did not anticipate that at all. Now of course I donate a little time online fighting back on the you "need" shoes scam. I was duped by that scam for too long !
