Because of the internet kids growing up with it will be fat,lazy,near sighted, have carpel tunnel syndrome and be wearing reading glasses by age 25.lol.--I know the internet has good points,but it's also has very bad points.Internet-OVERRATED.

Because of the internet I can find out who just texted me and actually pin point their exact location. It's kinda creepy but I love it. God bless the internet, it provides a lot of amazing things for stalkers like me.

Many reasons.To many to list.Mainly I don't like sitting in front of a computer for too long a time.The internet and computers in general make many things more complicated. The best way to describe it is the internet is a little bit of everything,but really amounts to a whole lot of nothing.--Granted I know many disagree with me on this,but I definitely am no fan of the net,but thats me,I don't even use email.BTW my original post was directed at kids growing up with computers.

I did not say the internet was all bad.The internet is like drinking.In moderation it's fine even good.When you over do it ,it's bad.Some people spend hours and hours a day on it--that surely is no good.And again it's extra bad for kids.I actually feel sorry for younger people that never knew how things were before mobile phones and the internet.And people may be surprised if they tried not using the computer at all for a week.Some may be "pleasantly" surprised with how well they manage without it.

 

Where did mobile phones come into it?

I've grown up with computers, I love the internet. I refuse to accept that there is anything wrong with me as a result of it.
