A bridge in San Francisco collapsed after a truck accident and fire. No modern steel bridge has ever collapse due to fire. A fuel fire supposedly isn't hot enough to melt steel. Some are saying that controlled demolition charges were planted by the government. Others are claiming that the bridge was collapsed by a combination of thermite, cutter charges, and mini-nukes. Others have stated that they believe that particular route was going to be used to deliver Enron documents and therefore needed to be destroyed.

I was looking at the drawings of 7WTC and noticed that the gash happens to be in the same location as where all the diesel pipes came up through the elevator shaft region. The pipes exited the shaft region on various floors and extended toward the gash on the south perimeter wall.

That would account for how the pressurized diesel lines started leaking and some of the subsequent fires which burned the rest of the day in the same location and weakened the structure at the lower levels, especially the region around the 5th to 7th floors where trusses and transfer girders that were suspending the building over the electrical substation. Even if debris collapsing down the gash didn't hit the lines directly, the vibrations could have easily jolted the pipes loose. The gash happened in the worst possible place.

In its earlier studies, NIST apparently didn't realize that the gash extended all the way down the building. They show it as only roof damage, which wouldn't break the diesel pipes. The video from ABC news needs to be looked at carefully in order to see the extent of the gash.

I agree. Tongue in cheek. Especially when buildings are designed for future disposal.

If that overpass could collapse due to a tanker accident, then the towers could collapse from the heat of the airplane fuel that collided with them. That doesn't mean that the administration wasn't aware of the risk or allowed it to happen.

I heard about this on Alex Jones radio show and I've got to admit that with the video evidence that it brings up some really interesting questions :)

One technique that Alex Jones often uses to back up his arguments is called "lying his ass off".
