Barefoot Weekend Is Ruined.

My grandparents were going to be out of town this weekend, and I planned to do more barefoot (and lounge around naked) in their absence. My mom won't let me be an adult, and is forcing me to go home this weekend. God I hate that they don't seem to understand that I'm an adult, so they can't boss me around anymore!

 

You're definitely 100% not an adult.

Every time I see a barefoot thread I mistake it for a bigfoot thread. Like this one says Barefoot Weekend is Ruined, but I saw Bigfoot Weekend is Ruined.

Nevermind, I was able to go on a barefoot walk. I apologize, I just got mad when I found out she thwarted my liberated weekend. WOW! My feet got tender over the course of our long winter. But here's some proof:

You're young, so you still have time. More opportunities will arise. Consider that your parents won't be around forever. Consider, that I didn't even start proper barefooting until way past age 25. And even now I've been blue balled from doing any proper outdoors barefoot activities for the past month, because the fucking winter just wouldn't end. 4 inches of fresh snow still fell on the last weekend of April here, and the spring is a whopping month late. Trust me, you haven't lost anything yet.

Why the obsession with toughing up your feet?

And why couldn't you have been doing that anyway? Like walking around outside barefoot?

Why have to wait to have a weekend alone in a house?

What's your barefoot stuff? You mean inside? When I was a kid during summer vacation we'd just play outside barefoot all the time. Didn't need my parents to be gone, or my grandparents. And what does naked have to do with this?

You should get a job and save money and move out.

Of maybe run off and join a nudist colony!
