What is this new trend I see where more and more people are going barefoot in public??? Is this a throwback to the 60's? Nobody seems to mind....

I don't really think it's a trend as such, just more and more people feeling free to go out wearing basically whatever (to a point).
I go barefoot sometimes but thats if I am outside, the only time I ever go barefoot inside is if I am at home or places like that, or if I am at the shops and I have picked the wrong type of shoes and it kills to walk in them. haha

    Blah.
The public will go Goof balls anyway!
There will always be people who don't think it's appropriate.
People go goof balls about Gay rights, Religion, all that hoo ha!
Barefoot seems quite harmless in comparison

Well I hope it spreads far and wide. In this area I've only ever seen 3 people barefoot in public, not counting "socially acceptable" places like the beach.

It seems that more and more people are going barefoot in Melbourne, Australia. I should try the botanical gardens. Old people and parents and kids might wonder why. Well I don't care. The botanical gardens seems like a safe place to go barefoot.
