i hope to form a barefoot hiking group in suburban Philadelphia this summer. PM me if you are interested in visiting area parks once this blasted snow clears away! Blast!!!
Hi! I live in Bellingham. I go hiking nude in the summer. I usually wear trail running shoes, but I would love to build up a tolerance for being barefoot too. Maybe we could hike together? If you’re comfortable with a little casual nudity.
Hey! Yeah that sounds awesome then let’s go hiking together, I’m not a nudist but it is something I can try as well haha Definitely in the summer but it does sound challenging to go hiking barefoot, down for the challenge?
I’m in Washington too. I love to hike . I’m interested. I like multi day trips too. I have some in mind.
is there really a benefit to having other people barefoot with you? it seems like it would be way easier to put together a general hiking group, and then just not wear shoes. and since that's not so limiting, you're more likely to find something in common with the other hikers other than footwear preference.
If you can make a trip out to Coeur d'Alene, ideally in the summer, I'm game. But fair warning, most of our hiking trails aren't private, so nudity may be an option, but it's very very high risk. Idaho is very very conservative, so that wouldn't go over well.
That’s no good for me. There’s plenty of wilderness and trails here in Washington, where I can be nude without any BS.
I recommend trying out going barefoot too at such occasions. Maybe you can just start at a trail section with “nice” ground such as grass, sandy paths etc. and walk on bare paws just as long as you feel comfortable. By the time you’ll get more trained and the distance you can stand going barefoot with pleasure will increase. I guess you will love it, as the sensual experience of nude hiking is more intense if you walk barefoot. I usually walk barefoot while hiking, both clothed and nude, as long as the ground allows it. If the ground is “nice” I can do hikes up to 30 kms on bare soles, it’s just a matter of training. Good luck!
