I took advantage of a 60 degree Fahrenheit day to have a lovely barefoot naturist hike. The trail was around a mile and a half and I had it all to myself. The ground was damp with some mud and puddles my feet handled it all well. It was an enjoyable workout, my feet are a little sore that I am sure will result in greater toughening. Overall the Lord blessed me with a wonderful barefoot hike. PTL

I did a 3.6 mile naturist barefoot hike today. The trail was mostly damp dirt with leaves, occasional rocky patches and best of all mud and water to walk through. My feet are sore will need a couple days to recover.
Barefoot hikes are the best. It is so nice to feel the earth under your feet. I also like to hike naturist style when I can.
That looks sooooo fun! The only thing wrong with leaves is they can hide some sharp stuff. Nice and sloppy!
Well it was a beautiful day in Kentucky for hiking, so I had a lovely barefoot naturist hike. I discovered that hiking solitude is best achieved after a rainy spell. Most hikers don’t like dealing with mud and mud puddles on the trail. As a barefoot hiker damp ground, mud and mud puddles are perfect hiking conditions for comfortable conditions for the feet and solitude for naturism. Today I hike around four miles. I tried to not miss mud puddles and I even didn’t care about horse dung. Now my feet need some recovery time so they can heal and be stronger.
Went on a barefoot hike on, Overlook Trail at Knob Creek near New Haven Ky. It was the young boyhood home of Lincoln. There were a lot of acorns and rocks under the leaves that at times made the hike uncomfortable and slow going. Barefoot hiking is best done after it has recently rained. Soft wet ground is much easier to walk on. The trail was a three mile out and back. I made it all the way barefoot.
