As the years dwindle down to a precious few... (Made that up myself, I did) Going barefoot (I love it so) is my key motivator, now that tolerable weather is here-ish, to start taking daily walks. Couple years ago, BC (Before Covid), I was doing 2 or 3 miles every other day (all barefoot). Apparently, doing so in the bright sun gave me a mild case of skin cancer (which has been eradicated), so, with a baseball cap on my head and no shoes on my feet, I will be setting forth (more likely, fifth or sixth now) to get my steps in. Barefoot days are here again!
