Hi everyone, I'm Paul from Italy, I'm 35 years old and love exercising barefoot. I practice many sports, both in the gym and outdoor, but never wear shoes while training. This increases my stamina and pumps me up a lot.
I've been into freestyle wrestling for years and enjoyed barefoot wrestling, always in training and even in many competitions, where this is allowed.
I'm also into crossfit and like challenging myself and pushing my limits at any training session. Being barefoot helps me a lot in doing this.
I also like dance (ballet and contemporary) and always practice it with no shoes. This is unusual for ballet but feeling the floor below my feet makes dance much more intense and exciting. Pointing toes when barefoot is also easier and more beautiful.
    Here is my upper body

And here are some pics of me walking barefoot on a fence and trying some poses that challenged my balance...

Here I actually took some risk. This was my highest walk. The beam was nearly 5 meters from the ground and I walked a distance of around 50 m back and forth.

Being barefoot made me feel much more confident and brave. Always feeling the beam below my feet and even grabbing it with my feet each time I was about to fall was essential to regain my balance. Although a bit risky, it's been an exciting barefoot experience.
