Well a happy barefoot Easter everyone and I hope wherever you are you are all keeping well, barefoot and staying safe.

I'm not heading out much except for dog walking and work, but as it's the easter holidays today I've completely cleaned my garden ready for summer of course in bare feet, something strangely amusing and satisfying sweeping the yard with a hard bristle broom! Later today I'll be walking the dogs I suppose I should count myself lucky in that I have a woodland park within walking distance..oh joy.

  2. Yep! Me too! I, also!! Headin’ fer that woodland trail all barefoot and eager. Whether I don’t find no Easter eggs is NOT the point!

Pouring rain here. Will be some good mud puddles for the next few days. Unfortunately a lot of parks and trails are closed. I need to check if my favourite muddy trail is open.

Happy barefoot Easter to you too. Obviously frustrating in lockdown but at least we can still get out to exercise in the UK and in this weather bare feet are happy feet! I'm lucky living on the edge of a city and have been on a few barefoot bike rides in the countryside and also done barefoot walks in the city at dusk, all felt great

So trails are open, but parking areas are closed.
You are only supposed to use the trails if you can walk or ride (bike/horse) to them.
My favorite post-rain trail is too far to walk. All that good mud going to waste!
