Barefoot Comment: Positive!

    Out walking my doggie this a.m. while the blacktop roads were still pleasantly warm, as a woman across the road came out of her house to get her paper. She waved at me (I waved back--although we don't know each other) and sang out "Must feel nice---going barefoot!" I was so shocked (SHOCKED!) by her niceness that all I could say in response was ... "Yes!"

    These Covid days are getting to me....
