i just came from Lowe’s before work the floors were cool and smooth on this hot day and my feet were black as can be a start to a good day
Lowes is a great place to shop barefoot (or shod, for that matter). I have had conversations with employees and even managers and the only thing they have ever said was "please be careful". Unknown to them barefooters usually are! Never had a problem at Menards either. We also have chains called Sutherlands and Orchlens here and no problem at either of them. Home Depot seems to be the only place that you might be hassled.
it's a bit uninteresting ay. barefoot in a hardware store. let me know when you feet actually touch the earth.
. Actually I do find it interesting as I secretly feel like I'm pushing the boundaries and getting away with it...which is ridiculous really. My best experience was buying my laptop from Currys PC World. Salesman spent ages with me discussing options etc and not a word said about my feet. (Non news really, as that's how it should be).
Think my only nearest experience to this is wondering around b and q like the UK equivalent of Lowes I think. The floors are smooth and cool and feels great under bare soles and as a bonus they have a garden centre attached to them so i can walk around there too.
Went to Walmart but the side entrance was temporarily blocked by the string of carts being brought in from the lot. So we went on through the opening where the carts are stored. By the looks of the pic that floor needs cleaned a little. But then again- maybe not!
