I heard disolving the mushies in Lemon Juice can intensify the trip... but I'm not for sure.

With respect to everyone who have their thoughts, bananas are extremely high in chitanase. Chitanase degrades chitin, which is what the cells walls of fungi contain. Inside the cell walls is where the goodness lies.

As we speak I have 2 grams of dried and powdered enigma + PE in a cup with 1/2 ounce of lemon juice and 1/2 banana. I mixed the banana and lemon juice in another cup and then poured it onto the shroom powder. I found that keeps the mushrooms from sticking to the sides. I stirred it up, covered it with plastic wrap and it's been an hour. The mixture was a milky yellow when I started. It is now a very dark blue. Almost ready to launch ;)

The chitinase in the banana breaks down the chitin, releasing more of what we want. The lemon juice helps to begin the process of converting psilocybin into psilocin.

I find that this 1 two punch decreases the intense come up from those two heavy hitting strains and makes it last longer. I'll be riding nicely for well over half the day.

    There's my two cents.

As a note, I've been micro to museum dosing daily for 8 months now. Yes, daily. I'm 49, own 3 businesses that have all become extremely successful this year. Interestingly, the other businesses are the commercial cultivation of other medicinal mushrooms, but we do it in the forest, and grow some cool fungi. Black and purple reishi, pink lions mane, among others and some bioluminescent fungi.
I suffered from horrible PTSD from doing some things in some places some time ago. I'm better rewired now than I was before I broke.

Thought I'd slide a little testimony to round it out. :)
