Ball Stretching: weights vs stretchers

    Does anyone have any experience getting lower hanging balls, by using only stretchers and not weights?
    I've tried weights and it causes pain as my balls try to tighten up. I don't have any issue using stretchers, but not sure if they give any long lasting results.
    Any input is appreciated!
