Baked Clams

  1. Preheat broiler. Arrange clams on the half shell on a baking sheet. Scatter chopped scallions evenly over the clams. Place a piece of bacon (about 1 inch square) on each clam. Broil clams until bacon is crisp. Serve at once.

    sounds pretty nice, have any of you ever heard of scallops wrapped in bacon? you can even serve w/ some kind of seafood sauce.
