I'm only making light because I don't use memes with any frequency.
Somehow im not concerned european meme lovers of whatever kind will let this affect their memes or general internet behavior
Micro platforms won't have to content filter, which may become a loophole for people who want to see copyrighted content.
The law worries me about parodies. For example, sprite videos, which use sounds and graphics from video games. They are an efficient way for people to produce content, animation from scratch isn't easy.
Video game streaming will also be affected, but since some sites are exclusively for streaming video games, they will simply have to do with EU blocking them.
Slippery slopes. Today, memes. Tomorrow, gifs.
It's missing the triggered girl.
VPNs don't even get passed Amazon streaming services.
