Smoking or not smoking, neither will fix your back problem. smoking may ease your mind and body, but still is not going to do much for you. you should probably stick to strechs, and getting a massage every week. if you strech everyday you will hardly have any tension, i wouldent expect it to start doing much for you intill after a week. but, honostly my suggestion you would be yoga. make a routine. do it before you smoke. smoke to ease your mind and body.
What's the point in not smoking? I see no reason not to smoke, especially when you've got back pain. Do it!

some chinese asshole sticks a bunch of little needles in you everywhere.dunno about you but id rather deal with the pain than have needles stuck in me.i have a wisdom tooth and a broken tooth that are also killing me.been avoiding the dentist for a month cuz im scared of needles.
I have that with my arms and legs! If I move them a certain way, they'll go into this excruciating pain that radiates all throughout the affected limb. They've done that since I was in 7th grade or so, I eventually just learned how not to move. It really sucks, though, because those movements are normal for most people and used to be normal for me, but now I can't bend like that or turn a certain way because of the spasms. And it adds a whole world of complication to sex, it really sucks when you have to stop in the middle because your leg's about to freak out.
well I did take 3 hits yesterday around 3:00. I think it helped some. I did get dizzy like the room started spinning. was not fun. I have some left in my bowl. I might smoke the rest of that some other time. The rest of my stash I'm saving for along while. I'm glad I decided to smoke. now I know I wasn't missing much. a nice break will do me good
