    it's called a green smoothie
if you google that you'll get a lot of recipes
i never measure but i use a whole banana(sliced up) a big handful of spinach, a handful of blueberries sometimes a peach or pear or mango and probably about 3/4 cup yogurt and a tbsp of flax oil a little water to thin it out if you need to you can really just play around with it and use any fruit that you want you could also add hemp protein or any other protein powder if you wanted to
trust me its good shit i drink one every day
you cant even taste the spinach at all

    That sounds goooood.
I have a stand-by recipe I use now that I tweaked to my liking from an internet recipe and it's kind of similar to that. I don't use spinach much anymore. I prefer the flavor of escarole or fennel, but I'll pretty much use whatever leafy stuff I can find in the fridge at any given time, and sometimes fennel if I'm lucky enough to have some. Here's my recipe:

    That sounds freaking incredible.
What's this "herb sprinkle" you speak of?

The warming qualities of these herbs make this the perfect sprinkle to coat winter meals. 1 ripe, firm Hass avocado 1/2 cup drained silken tofu 1 cup unsweetened pear juice 2 tablespoons honey 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 2 cups ice cubes. Cut avocado in half lengthwise, remove pit, then score the flesh into cubes. With a large spoon, scrape flesh into a blender. Add tofu, pear juice, honey, and vanilla, and puree until smooth. Add ice; blend until smooth.
