If there is any vegan here, do you take B12 supplements and how, how many every day or every week?
When I was strict vegetarian, no dairy, eggs, I took B12 about every other day.
I wasn't using enriched flours or nutritional yeast, so I opted for sublingual tablets.
Now I have a general B complex for energy and it seems to keep me covered.
Fuck supplements. Get some yeast extract inside you. Spinach!
