This is my first fall back in the northeast for a long time and I am getting into the seasonal mood... seeing if this catches on at all Autumn/Fall appreciation
The height of October truly is a majestic time of year for sure. Especially when you get those warm, Indian summer-like days when the trees are at or near their peak. I will definitely be taking pictures with my new Nikon once the colors start to really change.
Fall is beautiful here. I like Halloween in the northeast because the temps are usually neither hot nor cold. So it has more of that Halloween feel than when i lived down south. Especially if its cloudy. I also really enjoy the fallage around November. But i'm not ready to let go of summer.
Yeah I love the summer too but I am starting to enjoy the cooler weather and the leaves changing... all that atuff... and I agree I like the overcast days sometimes because it adds to that seasonal feeling
I am definitely appreciating Autumn today, I woke up in a cabin in the mountains today and drank my morning coffee outside in the chilly air. It was wonderful. I've always loved the first day of the year that the heat finally breaks, its so refreshing
Aren’t New England people infatuated with fall? I’ve seen lots of #pumpkinspice #cornmaze #wine&beaniehats up this way lol ... don’t front brotha
^ i don't know. i'm from ohio, not new england. i know a couple people who seem to be infatuated with fall, but they live outside the snow belt.
Unfortunately, there's not much change here in terms of temps and weather, but...the humidity goes down a little. And there sometimes is a frost in January, and the leaves turn, but I love love love autumn, and halloween. It's just a fun time of year, and then all the holidays roll in.
I am originally from upstate NY but I lived in Cali for the past 10 years or so and now I’m back to NY so I am looking forward to it... lol reborn with the autumn greatness
Florida. It's usually humid and hot most of the year, But, once it hits like November, it cools down and it's really nice. I just hate the thought of a humid hot Thanksgiving or Christmas. Hurricane season usually isn't this bad, this year was definitely crazy.
Welcome back then to the fall foliage extravaganza of New England and upstate New York Lake Willoughby, Vermont
