Los Angeles is the worst place to drive. I recently moved here after living in a nice laid-back agricultural bicycle town and suddenly I find myself surrounded by impatient drivers everywhere that are always honking at me from behind. Now I've been driving my old station wagon for a good 20 years and have never had people honk at me before. Don't they know that I need to slow my car down for speed bumps or else my car falls apart? These Southern California kids are so rude.

'wondering if any of you think there should be a test you take when you're say,.....60, that will enable/disable you to go on in driving if you can't drive up to standard. Just a thought.

The worst place to drive is India ... a two-lane highway will usually have three cars and a cow. Second worse is Montreal because every Frenchman is King of the Road. Third worse is Australia because every Aussie is either in a hurry to get to the pub or he's leaving it ...
