    I read the side told by the aboriginal folk in a news article. The people were saying something... I forget.

    I think the popular consensus in Australia is that it's time to take the indigenous side seriously. :)

    Absolutely! They need a treaty and have been asking for this for decades. It's all about respect.....respect for those who were there first.

    Australian people fit in well here in the UK, particularly in the big cities. Their work hard, play hard culture means that they will always find a job, particularly in bars, clubs and hotels. Even knowing that a lot of them will move on is not a problem in that type of work. They are also very rarely involved in crime.

    Needles to say, the people who we meet are not an accurate cross section of your population, since a lot of your people have never left Australia and some have never left the area where they were born. :)

    With their somewhat brash, no nonsense attitude, Australian girls are great fun to work with and always very popular. We employed a lot of them in the London theatres during the 70s and 80s. ;);)
