Well maybe if this country wasn't so bent on murdering unborn children we could redirected our efforts. Christians did not install this road block, evil men and woman did. And if you don't care what happens to the most innocent of life, why would you care about anyone else. The fact is, you don't. Your just hoping this will side track Christians, from opposing a policy you support. How many children must die, before this countries thirst for blood will be satisfied.

Don't forget our nations sins against the Native Americans! Abortion is just the tip of the iceberg--millions of Native Americans were killed and slaughtered in the 'name of God'. The pilgrims who came to Plymouth Rock, came upon a village with no survivors(the people were wiped out by smallpox) and the pilgrims thanked God for the village being wiped out. Thanksgiving was actually started later, I don't remember all the details but thanksgiving was instituted after the colonists wiped some Indians out. Then there are the abuses of Indian children in government/religious instituted boarding schools. Not only were the children sexually abused and severely punished for speaking their native language, and being told that their race was evil, but there were incidents of them being murdered. This stuff really did happened. And I am a born again christian who really do believe that 'christian' institutions did wicked things. "Judgement begans with the household of God", that's what scripture says and I believe it. Jesus had His harshish words towards the religious institution of the day--the religious leaders--the Sadducees and Pharisees. I believe it's the same, today. Another thing, the abortion movement came out of the eugenics movement--eugenics were started by rich racists who thought anyone nonwhite, poor, retarded, were inferior genetically and using social darwinism(survival of the fittest), considered those 'inferior' as needing to be stopped from 'breeding more of their kind"--so they did sterilization on many--Native American women, poor hillbilllies, retarded, etc, so they wouldn't have children.

 

You misunderstand me, campbell. I could really care less about the biblical prophecies in regards to them providing validity to the bible. Other things sway me into christianity's light far more powerfully than that. The message of Jesus is what's important to me; the moral integrity He teaches is what's important. The people who believe in Him, the way they behave and are filled with an ever present joy and love, and the reasons those people say they are that way, influence me. Not prophecy.

I know about the accuracy of Biblical prophesy, and the significance you associate with it. I know you want abortion abolished. I know why. But you still haven't answered my question: Do you honestly believe the law is going to be overturned? Is that even important to you?

I don't know how to frame my question to you other than the way I already have, without you twisting my words around or insulting my opinion.

 

Oh yeah, Pres. Bush's grandfather, Prescott Bush was in business with the Harrimans. The Harrimans were part of the Eugenics movement. Also, the organizations involved, sent people over to Germany and influenced the nazis, Dr. Mengele, etc. There's a book "War Against the Weak" by Edwin Black that goes into all this stuff.

 

What's really interesting, is that it was the religious authorities/institution--the pharisees and sadducees in league with the political leaders--the Romans, who had Jesus crucified(Yet He did it willingly for our sins, another topic), and it was also the religious institution(christian denominations) in league with the US(and Canada) government who put up the abusive boarding schools and abused Native children.

 

Let God take care of it. You lack of faith does not disturb me, and I know it doesn't disturb God. God places the idea of abortion into a persons mind, as God planted the idea to kill millions of Jews into Hitler's mind. You might not like it, you might not trust God as much as Abraham did (went to sacrifice his own son), but whatever happens is part of the plan.

I cannot judge anyone who does not understand this for they were created that way by God. Jeffrey Dahmer is as deserving of heaven as Mother Teresa (and all those who judge God's creation as evil because God has not revealed the truth to them).

I am gonna repeat something now: once you grow up enough to realize God will take care of these things you will be free from your desire to change the world and peacefully await for God to take action instead of rushing to judgement upon your brothers and prolonging the turmoil and strife in the world. Jesus, instead of using power to change the world, put faith in God first- faith that God's plan to have him crucified was for the best, that God's creation, despite it's apparent flaws, was perfect.

Do you not believe that God knows what is best? Do you not believe that God takes care of you and everyone? Once you let go and let God take care of everything you will have true understanding.

 

Yes abortion will be over turned but it will be to late for our nation. America has to much blood on our hands. Norther nations will rise up according to the prophecies to destroy America. All of our cities will burn and America will be destroyed in one hours time. God will send His angles to rescue his church at this time. Even one childs life is important to God. Yet because of the 40 million children that America has murdered, God's judgement will fall on our nation. The world will only have 7 years left after this event.

You are completely wrong. God's rule is absolute. Everything that happens is caused by God, including your lack of understanding of this simple fact. God makes you catch a cold, God gives your loved ones cancer, God inflicts insanity on certain people (wink, wink), God puts the idea of murder into the minds of Hitler and the like. Yes, and they are going to hell because it is Good for them. God does not do evil things to those God loves. You might not like what happens to you and the world around you, but God knows what is right for you- even if you judge what God does as wrong and make up a ficticious entity because you are afraid of offending God by saying something God did is wrong. I consider December 21st or 23rd, 2012, to be the best bet. The 21st being the more accepted of the two. I don't know, as you say, but I have a good feeling it is one of these two.

there is more than one historical figure in the NT. At least two: Pilate, Herod, I think Caesar is also mentioned.
For such a self-proclaimed 'bible expert', you sure seem to miss a lot.
I also disagree with your assessment of the Bible, I found it to be invaluable, and that without having paid any attention to the prophecies. You have a lesser view of the strength of the good book than I. Remove the prophecies, and it is not reduced a bit in my eyes.

Just paraphrased the bible at you, Jesus said something like "not one knows the day, except the Father (God), not the son (Jesus refering to himself) nor anyone." There is also something about the one hand not knowing what the other hand was doing- with God refering to us as hands (or handmaids) of God.

Well the Devil is a real being, you call him ficticious, but then you must ignore the scriptures. Christ states that the devil is a liar, and it will be the Devil that will decieve the world. I believe the words of Jesus. Apperently you do not. And going to an eternal Hell is not good for anyone. Only if you have a demented mind could you really believe this. The bible speaks of Israel as a fig tree. Jesus said that the generation that sees the fig tree bloom again should know, that it will be that generation that will not pass away until all bible prophecies are fulfilled. Israel became a nation in 1948. Many who were born in that year will still be living when Christ returns. The bible also stated that when Christ returns the East Gate of Jerusalem will be sealed, and no one will be able to walk through that gate until Christ returns. The bible tells us not to worry, this prophecy will not fail. The moslems found out about the prophecy and twice tried to break through the gate and destroy the prophecy. They failed on both attempts. And on the very day they did this, the moslems lost control of Jerusalem both times. First to the British in 1916 and second to the Jews in 1967.

 

No I really did not miss anything, we do not worship Pilate, Herod, or Caesar. We do worship Jesus, and we know who Jesus is because all through the scriptures the bible keeps saying Jesus did this, or Jesus did that to fulfill that which was written about Him in the Old Testament. The prophecies are God's signature. With out the prophecies anyone could write a bible. With the prophecies it insures that only God could. Because only God knows the future before it happens.

 

You don't have to be a fool for christ. Instead of being a fool, be a mature spiritual being that understands the message. Christ is one of your brothers, God is your creator. Worship your creator, not your brother.
