I still get rural delivery to my door and the people I the village have to walk to the post office....no more door to door in most new neighborhoods....they put those boxes on the street corner and you get your mail there

No, rural road. My mail usually shows up after dark and I have to risk my life walking on the road, with the traffic flying by at 90 clicks 2" from my arm, ugh I mean 5 centimeters.

I only check my mail like once a week. I just have no use for it.

 

same. but i might have to change that; some shady companies are starting to change the due dates for their bills so that you pretty much need to mail out your payment the day you get the bill. i actually got charged a late fee on my cable bill a couple months ago because i got the bill during my weekly mail check, and sent the payment out that same day. but it wasn't soon enough for their due date.

that is only one of the reasons i am planning on dropping cable. spectrum is quite possibly the worst company ever.

 

Ew spectrum, thats who I have. I dont have cable, just internet, and the amount due is different every month even though I never add or change a service. And yeah i've noticed they move around their due dates

But I dont really need paper bills, I just pay everything online on the same date every month and it seems to be a pretty good system. I end up paying most of my bills a couple weeks before the due date

If it wasnt only $10 a month here, dont think I'd even bother with Netflix anymore, only maybe watch one doco a week

Fucking items that are on the fucking shelves of fucking stores like fucking Staples for fucking 10 to 20 fucking dollars and up. So maybe I can't fucking afford to mail anything here but I also can't afford NOT to fucking order shit from fucking China. Ohhh fucking K?

 

Most postal services are little more than junk mail distribution centers. I firmly believe that a person could get on enough junk mail lists to have a supply of fuel for the winter. Just bundle it together like newspaper "logs". The real beauty is that your fuel is free, and delivered!
