Bush mentions bin Laden's group 27 times in a speech about Iraq. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/05/02/AR2007050202305.html?referrer=reddit Well, it was only 27 times. I heard a Republican Senator on Meet the Press a few months back arguing that it was good to create a mess in Iraq because it supposedly attracted al Qaeda and now we can fight them in Iraq instead of someplace else. I didn't tape the show and don't remember which Senator it was. But it shows the desperation of the few remaining people who are supporting the Bush doctrine. .
I don't think this is something that will be broadcast as much as the Iraq war. something more secretive, under the publics nose. America is basically acting as the agressor against Iran already. many aggressive moves aren't being reported. http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=viewArticle&code=20061024&articleId=3593 The UK too http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=viewArticle&code=20060830&articleId=3097 Russia and Central asia http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=viewArticle&code=CHO20060824&articleId=3056 "Triple Alliance": The US, Turkey, Israel and the War on Lebanon http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=viewArticle&code=CHO20060806&articleId=2906
It doesn't stop at just Iraq.... MAP OF THE NEW MIDDLE EAST Note: The following map was prepared by Lieutenant-Colonel Ralph Peters. It was published in the Armed Forces Journal in June 2006, Peters is a retired colonel of the U.S. National War Academy. (Map Copyright Lieutenant-Colonel Ralph Peters 2006). Although the map does not officially reflect Pentagon doctrine, it has been used in a training program at NATO's Defense College for senior military officers. This map, as well as other similar maps, has most probably been used at the National War Academy as well as in military planning circles. full link to the story "Plans for Redrawing the Middle East: The Project for a “New Middle East”: http://globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=3882
Something I found on the military viewpoint posted back in February: It's not just a pipe dream of conspiracy theorists. It's something being considered. To ignore the threat is to allow Cheney and his friends to make it happen. http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/world/iraq/article1434540.ece The only thing holding this thing back is informed public opinion.
key word PROBABLY. but highly doubtful.http://www.armedforcesjournal.com/2006/06/1833899it's 1 mans opinion on how a better middle east would look. looks like your sources like too juice things up.
About that Map Ralph Peters has a newspaper opinion colum in the N Y Post. He is hardly a secret person. The map shows the teritorry of Turkey being compromised by Kurdistan which is contrary to his published opinions. <LI class=dispUrl>www.nypost.com This paper is owned by Rupert Murdoch

Haven't heard much in the last few days, doesn't mean it's not in the making. I am still holding my breath.
I think they thought the attacks in Brittain would accomplish more. It's only a matter of waiting for the catalyst.
You said some were mocking him by saying ''we can't hear you''. If that was the same mocking the other reporters were commenting on - then it was mocking him but in a friendly way. The overall picture seems to have been support for him and a fairly patriotic response. I doubt your going to say anything bad against the firemen - so I do not blame you for picking up on a bit of a tenuous point about them mocking him. Get the criticism where you can eh ?. I'm sure there were reporters commenting on the ''mocking''. If you find any articles - I bet they are talking about the same thing and the same footage as we are here. I'll take your word for it - I vauguely remember it being reported on the news and I can't find it with out a little bit more info. I'm sceptical about the way you have phrased it but i'm not going to argue over something I can't fully remember. if the tone and phraseing is correct - yes he is does need to seek some help. i can sort of see what he may have been attempting to say - it just seems he has no tact or diplomacy at all.
