Alright, I started this thread to share news and discussion about what happened in Boston today, but it seems hardly anyone cares, and most of you just want to show off your sick paranoia about the government and how right you are about everything. I'm tired of dealing with this bullshit. I'm out of here. I apologize to those of you who still have some humanity.

 

My heart goes out to those affected by the Boston Marathon bombing. And to the 31 people killed and over 200 injured today in bombings in Iraq..

There is a discussion about what happened. A discussion doesn't mean that people say exactly what you want to hear.

And I doubt anyone here will celebrate the fact that people died because of a bombing, wherever in the world that is. But it isn't fair to expect that people care more because it happened in your country and not somewhere else in the world.

 

Those photos are so heart-wrenching...

 

It will be used to further demonize gun owners, no doubt.

 

Maybe black powder sales, depending on what the explosive material was.

 

Yeah, they shouldn't demonize gun owners, they are usually wonderful people. They better demonize marathon runners, those are the real troublemakers.

 

What I am saying is that the attacks will be blamed on some gun nuts or people linked to the so-called "patriot" movement.

 

I have to agree with others that compared it to Syria, did feel a bit strangenhaving this blasted all over the news, when no one seems to give a crap about whats happening in syria lately.

Bullshit. Obama never even got to the bottom of 9/11!

He bowed to the Saudi King & he gives $2 bn/yr to Pakistan who both helped Osama Bin Laden, with funding and safe houses, respectively.

They don't ever want to get to the bottom of these terrorists which is their own stupidity in failing to regime-change all the states which sponsor terrorists.

This is horrible.

But shift prospective. How many innocent people died today because of our bombs?

 

33 in Iraq... What were their names?

 

Obama wasn't president when 9/11 happened.

And there was a 9/11 inquiry with and "official" report that we're all expected to believe.

 

...and today was Patriot Day in Massachusetts.

 

I can already see a call for a ban on marathons.

 

We'll see who takes the blame. Too early to make a judgement yet.
It is sad that innocent bystanders pay for this shit with their lives.
