Their 2000 album Relationship of Command has been in constant rotation with me lately. It's definitely my favorite post-hardcore album. Instrumentally speaking, it is just phenomenal, with so much great interplay between the members of the band. The music is heavy while the same time extremely melodic and even at times quite emotive. There is so much energy in this music, but also some really kick-ass hooks and riffs coupled with some pretty surrealist lyrical imagery. I've never been huge into this particular genre, but this album is very much worthy of the praise it has received over the years.

Wow, that's a band I've forgotten about. I haven't heard that name in years. I think I saw them at a festival at least 10 years ago.

I enjoyed this album quite a bit when it came out, however I'm glad Omar and Cedric went on to form Mars Volta, I think Mars Volta suits their musical approach better.
