I found the funnest old movie at the Boulder Book Store the other day! Ok, I'm assuming lots of you have seen Reefer Madness, right? This is basically the same idea, and actually had one of the actors from Reefer Madness in it ("Mary", I THINK, it says on the back it shares the actress Dorothy Short). It was so cheesy I loved it! The plot is that a young woman, Joan, is going to receive her dead grandma's inheritence on the condition of maintaining "good behavoir". So her evil, reefer-smoking cousin Linda is plotting against her so Joan will lose the inheritence. (Linda was HOT btw and I"m not usually into blondes lol). This was made in 1937. Oh and of course, pot makes a bunch of kids go criminally insane. hahahaha Anyone else seen this one? It was a fun old movie to find.
I had it on my wish list for a long time, and I went to buy it a couple months ago, only to find that it had been discontinued since my last visit. Reefer Madness was pretty much gold, I don't think AOY could top it.
