I know ass to vagina is very unsafe and ass to mouth is just gross, but is it okay to go ass to ass?

Tell him to wear a condom with her and go bareback with you and no worries

If both receivers had an enema before the session I don't see why u can go bareback ass to ass.

or if u are unsure if the partners have got stds or not, then get female condoms (femidoms) , insert into the ass instead of the vagina for safe and spontaneous swapping of ass to ass.

This is a GREAT question Nikki. I'm a bi bottom male and I've been to numerous "encounters" where guys have gone from me to another guy, and back again. I'm a younger guy (35) but I haven't had any negative health consequences as a result of these parties. With that said, I want to ask the same question to the forums... lol. Should we? I'm a very clean guy who only hangs out with other, like-minded people. Is this okay?

Yes he certainly can. My husband does this to our bi girlfriend & myself regularly. Its a really turn on. Even better when I am underneath her when he cums I get to suck his cock & get the cream pie.. mmmm

Why not if both partners are clean. My boyfriend has fucked his wife in the ass while she was sucking my cock, pulled out and then entered my ass while my wife was sucking my cock. There is nothing wrong with having sex with multiple partners at the same time as long as everyone is clean of any STD's.

Outside of STD worries there is a lot of bacteria inside the rectal cavity. With or without a condom this bacteria can be passed from one to another. The bacteria can spread infection but probably only requiring antibodies' to correct it. it doesn't matter if everyone being penetrated has performed an enema some bacteria remains. The real issue is membrane tears inside the rectal opening happening because of penetration without enough lubrication. This breaking of the surface membrane allows bacteria to enter the bloodstream causing infections. The person whose rectal cavity has been torn can become infected by any of the partners bacteria including their own. The chances of infection spreading are very slim if proper precautions and preparations are made. All partners need to be disease free. Enemas are good. Condoms better. Boatloads of lubrication is best. It isn't a problem to fuck more than one ass at a time covered or bare. Just use plenty of lubrication.

Full disclosure: I am a gynecologist. I had a patient come in with awful vaginal and oral sores. She very happily told me the tale of her husband taking her in all three orifices in no particular order. I said that I wouldn't recommend going from ass to mouth or vagina. She said "funny you say that but that is what my dermatologist said". I had to wonder who she didn't tell. In addition to that she is a friend of my family and I know her husband from HS. I saw her at a family function and prayed she wasn't going to come and kiss me. I am pretty sure she was getting off on telling me about her sex life.
