Probably around 70, depends how big the bar is, and if the staff are quick serving..

Depends on the beer. Generally lagers in bottles ales In glasses. There are a lot of exceptions though.

Waitrose.. I never understood why people paid more than twice the price for the exact same branded things they can get anywhere, just because of the name of the store!

Shop rite...or local mom and pop restaurants.

Before Christmas.. the amount of snow, wind etc sorted it out!
