i think everyone is different. living forever is not an objective of mine so i would say that being healthy is only slightly important. but if i am not able to care for myself i wouldnt want to live so i think for that reason i need to stay somewhat fit.

Depends on you fitness i guess, what ever you started with, you build up to what ever is good for you..

If you found a purse, no Id or anything on it, but a little money, not a lot...would you keep the money..remember, tbere is no id, so handing it to police wont retirn it to the owner?
