The kitchen, under the counter, fluorescent light is always on. That gives enough light for me to walk around the apartment in the "dark" so to speak. The only thing on in the bedroom is a clock.

What do/did you want to be when you grow up?

 

a baseball player when i was a kid, when i started thinking about my future i was planning on being a cop. once i started working though i didnt feel motivated enough to go after anything better so i just stayed at my dead end job because it paid the bills and i got time off.

My mate Andy has a Burmese Python that has part of one fork of his tongue missing.
He named it 'Hith'...which always cracks me up whenever Hith is wrapped round my shoulders flickering his 2/3 of a tongue in my face. [I know,I know-note to self;MUST grow up]


think back to your childhood-what game/sport did you really SUCK at?

 

as a child i sucked at all of them. it wasnt till 7th grade that i got the idea to imitate what the good kids were doing. i had good natural ability but looked horrible against anyone with technically sound skills in whatever sport we played. by high school i was among the better athletes. if i had to pick the worst it would be soccer, i was fast but couldnt keep the ball ahead of me when running fast.

well i got a hand me down tv w/ a remote probly around 12 yrs old

lemon, but to sit and eat whole i would usually prefer a clementine.

No-free speech 'n' all that. S'only the interwebz. Tho' I must admit I'm dismayed at just how egotistical,censuring and 'I know best about everything' certain posters can be. On any forum,on any subject. The very people who yell about eroded rights,fee speech,guvmint oppression,blah blah....until they see a post they don't like/don't agree with/disagrees with them,then WHAM!...they become the very Thought Police they purport to dislike. That's sad-but that's why I like HF. it does happen here too,but to a MUCH lesser extent.

I tried to join a philosophy/science forum but they were all way to clever for me...So I don't use any other forums.
