Lone person unloading his gun and setting off improvised bombs in a clinic about 50mi from me. Sketchy info, but it appears 10 casualties/injuries thus far.

Why target anybody, much less health care workers? Grrrr.

A honest answer is I want my wife back as she was. Along with her sister and carers they have been running around looking after my Mother in Law . But with her dementia worsening its got to a stage whereby a care home would be best place for her. Shes has been given a place this week I have been supportive and patient for the last 6 months.
