Fairly - a recent physical said all my vitals are good. I suppose one can always be fitter.

What do you do to stay or try to get fit?

 

I do running 3 times a week. I'll run hills and I also do other exercises to stay fit.

I workout in a gym and do a lot of swimming.

I ran 3 miles and walked 2 miles on the treadmill at the gym.
