Hello my brothers and sisters

My time on this site is coming to an end. I joined this forum as someone that was lost and just looking for friends but ended up coming to know Allah سبحانه و تعالى‎. Despite my conversion and my own distrust of most thing Internet rubbish, I choose not to quickly abandon this forum because it's the only text record of what happen and the all to often honest and negative reaction to my faith. Unfortunately it was the negativity and juvenile comments that made my presence into a sort of jihad.

But that's quickly ending

So much has happen to me in such a short time that it's a pure miracle and I'm so very thankful for it. Because of requirements of immigration to Saudi Arabia, I have to get married sooner than expected and tomorrow will be my last day working. Unfortunately I'll no longer have Internet access. So this is good bye.

This coming Wednesday is my marriage and I look forward to my future of being a modest wife and إن شاء الله‎, a mother. But my future husband has already made it known that I must finish my education first which I'm sure will be difficult because I'm enrolled in a arabic university.

I'm prattling on now

The only thing I want to make known is that if your Muslim and here in this forum, understand that Allah سبحانه و تعالى‎ knows everything you do and if you truely hold HIM in your hart, then HE will lead you back to him. Just as it is in real life, the vast majority of people on this site are lost and the lost can only lead you even more astray than you already are.

Now if you're a non-muslim and you want to know more then congratulations!! Allah سبحانه و تعالى‎ has seen you and HE's now at work in your life. Don't be afraid to ask a brother (or even a sister) for help and direction. It won't matter if you're a man and the only muslim you can find is a sister, just politely go up to her and ask for help. At the very least she will point you towards a Mosque. Just please be sincere and perhaps prepared to be even a little persistant in your quest. (Afterall, we Muslims have been demonized by the media so a little suspicion is normal and you might need to prove your sincerity. )

I guess that's all I wanted to say but if anyone is honestly interested in the events that caused my eyes to turn to Islam... I'll be happy to share the story.

I have around 2 hours before finishing my last day at work. Therefore since no one was interested in reading about how I came to Islam, I've decided to leave a message for any Muslim or those searching for Allah سبحانه و تعالى‎ .

I want to thank everyone that have read my postings and all those that I have interacted with. (Both the good and bad) This world is navigating into a new dark age, one that is sure to be filled with environmental disasters, mass extinctions of thousands of species, war, urban violence and most of all arrogant ignorance. So therefore I hope all of you find peace, love and happiness in your lives. I will remember all the members of hipforums in my prayers.

Surah Al-Ra'd

He is Might in Power. To him is due the true payer. {1822} Any others that they call upon besides Him hear them no more than if they were to stretch forth their hands for water to reach their mouths but it reaches them not: for the prayer of those without faith is nothing but vain prayer. {1823} Whatever beings {1824} there are in the heavens and the earth do prostate themselves to ALLAH {1825} with good will or in spite of themselves. {1826} So do their shadows {1827} in the mornings and the evenings.

Explanations

1822 : Haqq = Truth; right; what is due, befitting, proper. All these meanings are to be understood here. If we worship anything other than Allah (whether it is idols, stars, powers of nature, spirits, or deified men, or self, or power, or wealth, science or art, talent or intellect), our worship is both foolish and futile

1823 : Without faith, it is obvious that prayer or worship has no meaning whatever. It is but an aberration of the mind. But there is a deeper meaning. You may have false faith, as in superstitions or in worshiping things other than Allah, as explained in the last note. In that case, too, you are pursuing mere phantoms of the mind. When you come to examine it, it is mere imbecility or futility. Worship and prayer are justified only to Allah the One True God.

1824 : Notice the original of what I have translated "whatever being" is the personal pronoun man, not ma. This then refers to beings with personality. eg, angels, spirits, human beings and possibly other things of objective (not necessarily material) existence, as contrasted with their Shadows of Simulacra or Appearances, or Phantasm, mentioned at the end of the verse. Both these Beings and their Shadows are subject to the Will of Allah. See notes 1825 and 1827

1825 : *Prostrate themselves*: the posture means that they recognize their subjection to Allah's Will and Law; whether they wish it or not.

1826 : *In spite of themselves* : Satan and Evil. They would like to get away form the control of the All-good Allah, but they cannot, and they have to acknowledge His supremacy and lordship over them.

1827 : Even the Shadows - creations of the Imagination, or projections from other things and dependent on the other things for their existence, as shadows are to substance - even such shadows are subject to Allah's Laws and Will, and cannot arise or have any effect on our minds except by HIS permission.

I'm not sure that was entirely the case. I think a good many of her threads got 'ruined' because of her hypocrisy while trying to be self-righteous, in both her religious and non-religious threads.

 

Both happened. I didn't appreciate all her posts nor do we have to to appreciate some of her threads. Some were obviously ment to provoke but how other people keep on jumping on 9-11 and terrorism in all muslim related topics is of course absurd and shameful.
