I think it would be cool to replace livestock sources. I think there’s probably some connection between crime or anti humanistic behavior and life beliefs and working at a slaughterhouse where you essentially watch yourself torture living things for profit and food. I think the health concern is still relevant after this is possible. Can meat be synthesized that is healthy and modified to not build up in your artery linings? Medical doctors tend to assume that if it doesn't kill more than one person in 10,000 it can't be that bad, while one in a few thousand is very bad. Exactly how they will test this is anyone's guess, but I'm sure the researchers will take wild chances.
