Well I'm just glad no one is defending him here.I was reading a comments section of a news article the other day, I dunno why I ever read the comments section but whatever, and it was really creeping me out how many people still support this sociopath.
I agree. Just searching memes, there is some really sick stuff that apparently try's to defend him in no other way than denigrating the victims. Very disturbing
There was some disagreement/controversy between them when she was on the show; and I've looked it up recently as in I googled it. It seems although they didn't get along while she was working, she also had problems being on time, adhering to the script and such. That being said, as far as this "Bill Cosby is a serial rapist" goes...she is Remaining Quiet and has said "no comment" when approached. So, since this would be an opportune moment to jump on the Crucify Bill Band Wagon, for whatever reason she isn't talking. I found that rather interesting. Edit: I take that back as I remember she was supposed to have said he is (or it was) "disgusting". Beyond "disgusting" she isn't reported to have said anything on this subject.
At the time she had done a nude photo shoot and was living in "sin" and got pregnant. Needless to say she did not fit his so called squeaky clean image and he damn near had her black balled for it. She walked away and did very well despite his influence.
Why does judgement still fall only on the women who get pregnant. We kind of understand how it happens, now, and that doods are involved.
When I googled Lisa Bonet and BC, it really disappointments me that this information was not readily/easily available. How sad that after these many years this was something she still felt the need to "keep quiet". For unless Heat had brought this to (my) attention, I wouldn't have been aware of anything aside from "problems" Bonet had on the set. And now I feel those were invented problems since she managed not to fall in line with him/his rules and ideas.
The Story That Andrea Constand Tells of that sick fuck Dr. Huxtable and Mr. Hyde. She met Bill Cosby in late 2002 when she was director of operations for Temple’s women’s basketball. He became a friend and mentor. In January 2004, Cosby invited Constand to his home in Elkins Park. She went there at about 9 p.m. Constand wanted to change careers and told Cosby she felt stressed. Cosby offered her three blue pills — herbal medication, he said, that would help her relax. She took the pills. Soon, Constand’s knees began to shake; she felt dizzy and weak. She told Cosby she did not feel well. Cosby led her to a sofa, then positioned himself behind her, touched her breasts, rubbed his penis against her hand, and digitally penetrated her. Constand was semiconscious throughout. She could not give consent to these acts, and she did not. She lost consciousness, and woke around 4 a.m. She felt raw in and around her vagina. Her clothes and undergarments were in disarray. Bill Cosby greeted her in his bathrobe. Andrea Constand left his house by herself. Hotwater
Such a shame. I don't admire or go crazy for TV celebrities, but I respected Cosby for some of the work he did. I suppose the power and influence he had allowed him to think he could get away with anything, and sometimes people like him do in fact get away with such atrocities. He kept this terrible secret in the dark for a very long time. Better late than never.
I was a huge Cosby show fan. Kinda makes you feel like a chunk of your childhood was a lie doesn't it?
It sure does. When the breaking story first surfaced, I wanted to believe his crimes were all false accusations. But the more I read into it, the more it convinced me of his guilt.
I’m equally disappointed in the Cos, as a kid I used to watch the show religiously every Thursday night on NBC followed by Family Ties, Cheers, and then Night Court. - I even enjoyed the Spin-off 'A Different World' Never would have guessed he's such a sick fuck. Hotwater
