I am surprised that the guy who did this is allowed to profit from his crime... the city should get his YouTube profits. He did this strictly for hits and money... this seems to be a trend happening

i'd say the real noise polution is having to listen to someone else's television, or other recorded or broadcast human voice.
i'd much rather hear cars and trains or even ding dong church-bells.

light displays being offensive, i'd have to consider the context,
but keeping children from seeing that the nature of reality is its diversity,
i don't believe does anything to help them grow up sane,
if anything just the opposite.

on the flip, if everyone thinks they're proving something by being obscene,
