the government dosnt need a law to get away with detaining someone and never did, if they wanted to do it then they would do it and you would never know about it.
and thats nothing new.

so all they did was break a law to make a law legal.
rather than not break a law to later break a law.
i guess thats right but hell what do i know.
either way like i said this is nothing new and nothing to worry about.

 

NDAA happens every year, otherwise there would be no funding for the military. The NDAA 2012 that everybody is all weirded out over just enhances the power of the Patriot Act. (Not saying that's a good or bad thing, just "stating the facts, mam")

world knowledge....it doesnt take much general knowledge to see that mankind has overcome many many problems and is working on many many more as we speak....as far as your family is concerned..you were the one that brought your family into this thread by mentioning them....btw...with you in charge they dont have a chance of a normal life ever because you will teach them hopelessness and how to give up without a fight

 

Everyone knows about it? Well that makes me happy to hear, but most people I come across don't know anything about it. It was passed in secrecy because Obama passed it on New Years, when all of the media coverage was distracted. It is also worded confusingly so when it is talked about on the media people pass it off as harmless.

 

Is the person who is trying to spread awareness of factual events going down without a fight, or is the person denying the facts and getting into arguments instead? You can choose to deny everything I have said, that changes nothing to me, I'm just curious as to why. As for not being able to back up my previous post, I can in any way you choose to debate. Man kind also has a history of recognizing signs of future problems and preparing for them, that's why they have been so tenacious. People used to call them lean times. The citizens of the United States were shocked when they felt the full effects of the depression, and many people were not prepared. So like I've said many times, it's not apocalypse or the extinction of mankind I'm speaking of. I'm sure mankind will survive.
Just read this with an open mind. Your logic is that because we have survived this long nothing bad will happen. My point is that too many times in history horrible things happen. That's undeniable right? The signs for depression are upon us, and the vast majority of Americans are not prepared for such a large problem. All I think you should do is ask yourself what would happen to you personally if you could no longer go to the grocery store. The signs for a massive world war are upon us. Within the time frame of 100 years 2 massive wars based on nationalistic propaganda have happened, many people died.
