When I think of multi-tasking it is about doing two things at the exact same time. Generally speaking neither task is done well since you are not fully focused on either task. I totally understand having several projects going on but only working on one at any particular time and then moving on to focus on something else. I don't know if there is a word for that. I don't have a balance between social life and my projects. I do schedule in some social life but spend most of my time thinking about or working on my projects.
This is why the shift to getting the decent screens and data speeds with the net on your phone was so awesome. Theres no such thing as NSFW if its not on their network. So in that sense I've become good at multitasking. Acting like I'm hard at work, while mucking around on the net, whilst getting paid for it and not actually doing anything, Thats four things at once
oh ya, I love to do many things at one time, I will purposefully not finish projects so I can go back and finish them, I hate running out of things to do. Multi task this, Multi task that. That is what I do..plus, now I am exercising everyday, so I have extra on my plate. yes.
Not something I would call a strong point. But not extremely bad at it either in some cases. It depends of course which tasks are combined
I find commercials waste a whole lot of my time. Theres even commercials that you have to watch on the internet as you know before watching videos and stuff...wastes so much time!!! Seems like theres so much waiting involved in everything
i'm almost so no good at it as to have difficulty walking and chewing gum at the same time. so no. i'm not good at it at all. especially if any of the tasks involve dealing with live in person humans.
If the multitasking is linear then I function very well with it. In other words if it is all work related then it is easy to manage. I work from home the majority of the time and it demands that I can do that. I usually on appear in the office if it is personnel related or meetings. If I am going to mix in other facets of my life then it is more difficult to manage as something will always have to be second priority.
