I think the need for sex dies down as we age in most people. Some of course are addicted, and need sex every day or more. I am fully satisfied when I have sex once or twice a week, and I masturbate 2-4 times per week. The number one need of the average man in a relationship is sex. Some women need sex but sex for women is usally different than sex for men. Women generally crave being close emotionally and the physical touch, and men just want to get off.

 

I dont think there is any such thing as "enough", but I do have one hell of a sex life and get pretty much anything I want whenever I want it.
