Uncut, but at the age of 23 I kept the foreskin back so that the glans is permanently exposed. I can still roll the foreskin forward if I need to, but it tends to just roll back off the glans on its own if left.

For me it has meant that I still have the extra skin around my shaft, that I can easily move if masturbating, but with the skin rolled back, there's very little, or no smegma build up at all, so much more hygenic for sex.
