i'm fairly certain that as a bartender, i would break several beer bottles over customers' heads and be quickly fired. drunk people annoy me to no end if i'm not one of them.

Well i can see not thriving for it. But i love meeting new and interesting people. Hence the reason i chose retail over food for a job.

i work at a gas station so meet people every day that i work. i get to know a lot of them, too. i love it.. sometimes

 

This is one of the reasons that I love dancing. I've met so many interesting people. A few assholes - but surprisingly the majority are very cool. I've learned all kinds of new things since I started. Also you do get to reading people easier than most. Had a guy joke with me saying that strippers are "poor man's psychiatrists." I can definitely see that!

 

i'd imagine that it would be cheaper to go to a bar and talk to the bartender...at least that way you get drunk for your money, so there is some satisfaction

i've never gone to a strip club. i'd like to sometime, but after admission, and tipping and such, and then walking out still not having gotten laid...well, it seems like paying for extra frustration.

plus one of my friends told me that here in indiana they can't even expose the nipples. have to wear those tassle things or something. what kind of shit is that?

back home i know most places don't serve alcohol, either. its byob - and then they take your booze and charge you serving fees to let you have what you already paid for.

if i'm going to drink and look at naked women, i'd rather get a six pack and watch some porn at home. at least then i only pay a little for the beer, and i get some sexual satisfaction from it because even if i'm not with a woman i can at least pleasure myself haha

Ya know That funny... I've said that to some of the guys who come in and bitch. It's like just stay home with a six pack and some porno! lol
Personally I don't think I'd enjoy going to a club like that for fun. But I do enjoy the artistic beauty of naked woman being sexy. Our club is full nude but no beer. You can't even BYOB. Ya have to drink outside (without being caught).

I had really bad social anxiety but when I couldn't find a job I took this one. I puked 3 times the night before my audition! Most nights right before my first set I get a case of nerves but overall It's been good for me cuz now I am uber social! Imagine stripping did for me what 6 years of therapy couldn't!! :tongue: Just don't tell my mom she'd be PISSED!!

oh i totally understand not letting people drink in a strip club. a lot of guys are rude, obnoxious, disrespectful assholes. letting them drink in a place where they are surrounded by nude women would be a bad idea in some cases.

but if they're going to allow drinking, and its byob, then you've paid for the beer already. no reason to charge extra to drink the drinks which already belong to you!
