I'm looking without opening or downloading or whatever, but they look the same as the ones I use to have a million years ago... I think they're probably a men's sandal!

Most Birkenstocks are unisex, yes. Sandals with dark colors, flat soled with simple designs are often marketed as unisex. When in doubt, look at an online picture, if you see the words, men's, or unisex, then you're good to go.
