Really, sounds quite scary! Not. Or would he sit there painting his nails?

I think its more a "fictional list". How many Europeans do you know, living in NC? (And amongst women, I mean ones that DON'T have crewcuts!)

I've no problem with women in business. But I notice women prefer some types of work, men prefer others. FACT! Unless you're in Sweden and then you get jailed for doing something that makes sense. (eg Maternity leave = optional, paternity leave = compulsory).

Look you can stamp your feet as much as you want. Why don't you condemn the diseases mentioned in the links? Are you an activist for the groups causing it? Or is just, it fucks up your argument totally? Does causing cancer and sterility deserve "championing"? Seriously.. WTF.

You should seriously consider reading up on phthalates detoxification. It might literally save your life!

Ultimately, you're just a militant. Even in feminised Britain, there are very few men OR women who even remotely agree with you. We might have lost the heavy industry. So yeah, you see males in call centres. But 98% of drivers are men, 99.9% of tradesmen are men etc etc. Supermarkets are over 90% populated by women (what I'm told anyway!). And 99.whatever % of housewives are women.

So scream as loud as you want (excess aggression is associated with high testosterone btw!) but most people aren't listening to you. In Britain, America, Russia, or Timbuktu

Your "ideology" is nothing but a smokescreen for other things. But no matter how much you demand people follow it, the vast majority of people see it as an aberration.
And thats how its going to stay. Infact, the pendulum is starting to swing back. As it always does in response to dangerous fads and gimmicks.

Check out Black Pidgeon Speaks on Youtube people.

I'm out of the thread, for now atleast. Its a great shame when people just want to avoid the facts. Most women HATE this so called "feminism".

I'm just disappointed i'm no longer allowed to go to the grocery store across the street when i want to buy yoghurt, because of . . . men . . . and manly things? Am I . . . Am I gay now? Should I move? I mean, the store is RIGHT across the street; is that pretty much like living above a gay nightclub? Or is it more akin to me having a sleeping bag in a beauty parlor?

I'm so confused, I didn't know I had been ignoring gender rules my whole life by making my own lunches and picking up my dogs' poop.

    That's over the line.

    So what?

I don't know anything about that being a problem in this area. We don't get urban runoff in our river.

I see more evidence of there being something in the water that provokes extreme anger and disrespect for other people.

Well we all know why that girl dicked you over now at least.

I do most of the cleaning simply because i'm home more. My boyfriend works long hours. I'm also more ocd than he is. Sometimes when i'm feeling really nice i'll even do his laundry but not very often because laundry fucking sucks.

We split the cooking 50/50. We also split the yardwork because we both enjoy it. He likes cars, i fucking hate them. So he does small repairs at home. Big repairs obviously we pay someone else to do.

When we moved last year we both moved all the furniture together. I enjoy building things with my hands. Our dream is to one day build our own home. I would love to build our own home together!

We have been equal partners since day one.

Eating out all the time isnt really good for you fyi. I recommend you get over your social conditioning and learn to cook.

This thread got pretty ugly fast. I'm sympathetic to much of Kiprat's point of view, but not the "men can't shop" element.

While gender/gender relations issues are entirely worthy of discussion, I've come to the conclusions that it is pointless or counterproductive to have them here.

Usually the result is that the discussion devolves into an argument, and quickly into personal attacks. The end result is that people end up getting really worked up and even more entrenched in their point of view than they were before the thread started.

Also, threads like this usually terminate with a male participant being banned by a female mod, or a female mod locking the thread.

Maybe the best thing we can do is agree that we are incapable of debating these issues in a productive way.

Yes, I suppose his comment was over the line, but it did seem to be prompted by something about him being punched in the face. What is this, a Donald Trump rally?

Yeah, people like him can only get by with talking that kind of shit when they're hiding behind a computer screen and the entire Atlantic Ocean. I've seen bar fights started over a whole lot less.

Seven years online, nobody has ever called my husband effeminate. I guess I could have gotten down on his level and said something like, "Yo mama is a butch dyke that wears combat boots."

    Definitely not the same guy.

Did you catch the irony that the OP's husband is bi, and she doesn't have a problem with it? That came up in a different thread.

There might even be less % wise than say 1000 years ago

No one would have a clue

Gender roles are manufactured. Physical size and strength determine how efficiently a person can perform some physical tasks, but what is supposed to determine how a person expresses themselves. I would think it should be however they want to express themselves.

In our environment, with our level of technology, gender roles seem to be becoming obsolete.

My great, great, great, great grandfather probably would have called you, and me, fucking pussies for sitting on the computer typing, with our delicate little fingers, while real men would be out doing something manly, like killing a moose for supper(like he did with his bare hands, while a wolf ate his leg). How far do you want to go back in time to be a man?

    @kiprat:

Dude you don't want to cook or go to the supermarket because you don't believe it is manly. I was raised to believe that a real man is self sufficient. That means buying your own groceries, cooking your own food, doing your own laundry, and if need be mending your own clothes. Self sufficiency makes you a real man. You are afraid to do these things for yourself because you think it is demeaning to your masculinity that means to me that you aren't a real man.

By the way motherfucker my rant isn't over by a long shot!

Here is a documentary on my father:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wFN5uJQqWVA

What you don't see is the cow that he slaughters himself. What he doesn't raise himself he goes to the supermarket and buys himself. That house that he is sitting in during the interview he built himself. He also cut the trees and sawed the lumber. Guess who mends his clothes, and cooks his dinner. He doesn't depend on the women in his life to do it for him .

I've done 3 of the 10 most dangerous jobs in the world. I've had more days that I almost didn't come home from than you could imagine. Guess who cooks and goes to the supermarket for me, I do. If I want to impress a woman I cook dinner and do an amazing job at it. The reason is that because when I was a kid if you didn't cook you didn't eat.

To me if you are in your early 30s and still can't go to the fucking supermarket for yourself you are sad and pathetic. If you expect the women around you to take care of you you are even more sad and pathetic. If you think you are too good to go to the store or to cook for yourself you are just good enough to starve to death. You aren't any type of a "Real Man" you are a pussy with an internet connection and an unearned sense of entitlement who probably spends too many hours on YouTube watching videos of other little bitch boys with unearned senses of entitlement bitching about how much their life sucks because they had shitty role models who didn't make them do shit for themselves.

Most successful relationships seem to be created by two people who have lived on their own for at least a little while. That means that both have all the necessary skills for survival. However they choose to divide up the workload between them is nobody else's business.

I agree with many of the previous posts. The media, television, and schools seem intent on beating down men and boys. Almost every TV commercial you see shows a man as stupid, incapable, and a pussy. I read stuff like school administrators calling the police because 2 grade school boys got into a fight or pointed their finger like a gun. WTF is wrong with these people.

When I got into fights in school the teachers would come running over to break things up and we would get punished by having to stay after school hours for several days or a week and do things like write over and over on a black board, I will not fight in the schoolyard again. Since we did this together we usually wound up being friends or at the least have mutual respect for each other. After that there was no problem.

Women is combat? Give me a FN break. Sure there are plenty of roles that women can play in the military but combat isn't one of them. I am sure that there are SOME women out there that could pull their weight in a combat situation but the numbers are few. The equipment they would have to carry would weigh almost as much as they do. What happens when 2 or even 3 soldiers like the same woman? The damage this could cause to unit cohesion could not even be calculated and people could die over this.

This crap that "everyone is equal" is total bullshit. IMO, this is one reason why our society is so fucked up these days.

Some people seem to have trouble understanding between sameness and equal rights under the law. No two people or things on earth are exactly the same.

NO. There are the same number of gay and bi but more and more are being open about it because it is becoming ok to do it. More of society is accepting this lifestyle. There is more of it on tv and movies.
