We've been playing with delayed ejaculation -- I'm on my fifth day of fairly intense, wonderful sex, a couple hours a day. Lucky for me that SO is multiorgasmic and kind of insatiable. Sorry if it sounds like I'm bragging, I'm honestly not. Just wondering if there are any prostate health risks? Had a fairly painful case of blueballs yesterday, but generally it's been a wonderful state to be in, constantly aroused, able to go for it at the drop of a hat, etc. It's almost like being high, or a mild psychedelic. And last night I started experiencing subtle sensations very similar to orgasms, but without the ejaculation. Am I playing with fire? I've googled delayed orgasm but everything written seems to be about delaying in a session, not across multiple sessions. And time and again, I'm seeing average length of intercourse to be between 3-10 mins, and anything more is generally too long???? Can this be "right"?
Yes can cause prostatic stones or calcifications that can lead to or cause you to have blood in your sperm when you squirt.
No, there are no health risks to delayed ejaculation. But why hold back? Ejaculation should be a very enjoyable moment for both you and your partner. Let it flow guy, let it flow. Then after you rest a few minutes you can have sex again and it will last even longer the second and third time!
I used to do this a lot and then started having blood in my sperm when I squirted. kept happening. Went to urologist and had Ultrasound of my prostate(FUN). He DX the prostatic stones and said it was the result of holding in my ejaculate and it caused congestion in the prostate which caused inflammation and calcifications which were adjacent to the sperm tubes and thus caused tiny perforations of the tubes and blood would be mixed in with my sperm. Took antibiotics for a while, quit holding back and it all cleared up except the stones are still there. Might not happen to everyone but it did to me and it was from holding back for hours at a time.
